Internal lining of 14 ISO storage tanks with Vezlar® MetalSafe — chemical-resistant barrier specification.
The JNPT Bulk Terminals project in JNPT demanded a waterproofing and protection system that could be delivered on a working site, within schedule, and stand up to the conditions of the asset for the long term.
02OUR SOLUTION
Our technical team specified Vezlar® for this project. The seamless membrane was applied across 14 storage tanks of substrate following full surface preparation, with quality checks verified at each stage.
Application was sequenced to avoid disrupting the client's operations, and every batch shipped with a certificate of analysis.
03THE RESULTS
The completed system delivered a seam-free, flexible barrier with a documented manufacturer warranty. The client now has a protected asset with a predictable, low-maintenance lifecycle.
